How to let a web browser surf the web via proxy server.

As first you need a Proxy server IP which can be used with internet browser.

Usual proxy server IP looks like that: 115.25.216.6:80

The digit after colon is the port number.

You need to know the Port number accepting requests to Proxy. This can be random number. Here some regular port numbers: 80, 8080, 3128.

If you have no proxy, choose one from Proxylist.

Check this server for Availability.
